Handbell Workshops

As part of our mission of education and outreach, Bay Bells offers workshops to bring together handbell musicians from around the Bay Area to improve their handbell skills. We offer special workshops for individual handbell choirs in the area: members of Bay Bells will come to your rehearsal to provide tailored coaching and assistance ranging from rhythm and sight-reading skills to advanced treble and bass bell technique.

Light a Candle, Bay Bells' first CD, explores the significance of candles - their use and meaning - through music. We light candles, especially during the winter festivals observed around the world, in celebration, anticipation, or just to illuminate the longer evenings. We hope that you will find a bit of inspiration in this magical music.
